Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Marinade:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, chopped dill, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and lemon zest. Season with salt and black pepper.

2.Marinate the Salmon:

  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish. Pour the lemon herb marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

3.Preheat the Grill:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

4.Grill the Salmon:

  • Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill. Grill each fillet for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.

5.Serve:

  • Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and extra herbs if desired. Serve hot, accompanied by your favorite side dishes.

Tips:

  • For an extra burst of flavor, drizzle additional lemon juice over the salmon just before serving.
